Sister Mary Clare turned in a stellar performance at the recent Huron-Superior Catholic District School Board cross-country running championships, winning the co-ed aggregate title.
Finishing second was St. Paul while St. Bernadette finished third in the aggregate standings.
Individual winners during the day's action included Scott Gionette (Holy Family), Anthony Stefano (St. Pius X), Liam Rising (Sister Mary Clare), Richard Anderson (St. Ann) and Bradley Walsh (St. Patrick).
On the girls side, winners were Lydia Murray (Sister Mary Clare), Alicia Mlynarczyk (St. Bernadette), Emily Nicoletta (Holy Family), Annie Reader (St. Ann) and Jullien Flynn (St. John's).
