Tom Ross and Gavin Grant set a new record in winning the CASS Duathlon in a time of one hour, 13 minutes and 21 seconds.
Individually, Kyle Gilbertson defended his title, shaving 20 seconds off his gold-medal time of a year ago Gilbertson finished the race in one hour, 17 minutes and 11 seconds. He became the first athlete to win in all three years of the event.
