Youth Training Program
The Sault Stryders offers a Youth Training Program to club members. The program, coached by Pat Sanderson, runs throughout the year and is for elementary and high school students in grades 6 and up. Student membership is only $5 per year. Contact Mr. Sanderson at 759-6779 for more information.

Click Sault Stryders Yahoo Group to join the group and view messages. Post and read messages from other club members and the running community. Messages can be automatically emailed to you. Group message board can be used to arrange group runs and car pooling to races.

When submitting race results to be posted on the website, please provide all the necessary details and use the recommended format. Include the following information: name of race, location, date, link to complete results. List all result details for each runner in column format using Courier font and no special characters such as tabs or tables. Label each column and ensure column alignment is done using space characters. Indicate if all local numbers were submitted. Following these recommendations is appreciated and will improve the lead time in posting results. Thanks.
